We're going to start with the game I've played the most in my life: League of Legends.
I started playing this game in season 6 and ranked myself up to the diamond elo as a support.
Unlike a lot of people, I've never grown tired of this game.
But it's true that it taught me patience and how to control my anger haha.
Next is Smite, a less popular MOBA than LoL where you play divinities from all around the world.
This game was my first time experiencing a MOBA. I was pretty bad at it but at least, it made me remember the names of a lot of gods :)
The MMORPG which I played the most is Dofus, created by the French studio Ankama.
I leveled up a lot of characters to the maximum and I really enjoy its job system which I never found in any other game.
I'm loving the fact that we don't need to be at the max level to really start playing the game.
Recently, I tried an adventure on a server where your character resets at level 1 the moment he dies.
I didn't reach the top, but it's again another really cool functionality that I'd like to find elsewhere too.
I played a lot of other MMORPG, which is, by the way, my favorite genre and I wanted to at least show you the main ones I played.
Ordered by game time, we have: Path of Exile, Guild Wars 2, Trove, Tera, Aion, Black Desert Online, Lost Ark, World of Warcraft
(Yes WoW is my least played MMO of this list haha).
Let's speak about FPS. I didn't play a lot of them and I'm not really good at them, but I try my best! :D
Starting with PlanetSide 2, this was my first FPS and I'm loving the fact that it's a 100vs100vs100 on a GIGANTIC map.
Playing this game with my friends was really fun as we could all travel from one battlefield to another on the same airship!!
Next is CS-GO, I ranked up to Nova 2 with the Negev being my favorite weapon :p
My max rank on Valorant is only Gold but I'm enjoying this game a lot, so it's ok!
I'm trying my best as a main cypher!
Lastly, I'm trying Overwatch where I'm doing my best to support my team with Moira, Ana or Mercy
The sandbox games are a way for me to express my artistic soul.
I'm so happy building my and my friends' base on Minecraft, or building giant status!
Raft and Astroneer were also really cool with an emphasis on exploration.
I've tried other sandbox games like Terraria or Unturned but I never felt as free as I was in Minecraft
I learnt about this genre thanks to the Bloons TD series and I have been playing those games again from time to time.
I tried other tower defense games but the ones that struck me are Dungeon Defenders and Orc Must Die! which are 3D versions of this genre, with a coop available on Orc Must Die!
One of the main assets of this genre is that it can easily have a mobile version, like (again) Bloons TD or Random Dice (a fun one where your towers are dices).
I am proud to tell you about my first strategy game, Tribal Wars (a Grepolis-like game, which I played too).
In fact, I ranked up to top1 on Tribal Wars with a Canadian friend: a practice used by all the top players on this game was to have several players on one account to have it always connected to not be defeated by a surprise attack.
I also played TFT on which you can enjoy playing with a friend (we reached the Orange rank at the beginning of the Double Up system).
I'll end this session by listing some of my mobile strategy games: Summoners War (I'm coming back on this game every now and then), Rise of Kingdoms and the famous Plague Inc.
Unlike the other categories, I'll speak about a physical card game: Yu-Gi-Oh!.
I played it on online versions, but I'm passionate about collecting real cards and I even participated in tournaments
For those of you that are interested, my preferred decks are Blackwing and Pendulum Magicians
I also played at the betas of LoR, Hearthstone and Krosmaga but I find them all too much Pay to Win for me.
I recently played Mahokenshi which is a great game mixing deck builder and board game.
My perfectionist side has been triggered by Satisfactory where you always want to have a well-organised base, but it's always getting out of hands the more factories you create.
Nevertheless, it's a great game to play with your friends!
Here are other management games which I didn't play a lot, but they relax me:
Planet Coaster, Planet Zoo, Cities:Skylines and Slime Rancher
A fast focus on rhythm games: my most played one is Osu!.
I LOVE this game because you can play while following the tempo of your favorite songs! I even sometimes open this game just to listen to music!
Osu! is easier if you play with a drawing tablet, so I'm extremely grateful for this game because it made me take the leap and buy a tablet for both Osu! and my drawing hobby.
I played a bit of Dance of Fire and Ice but I'm really not good at this game.
Clickers have an important place in my life. Indeed, the first ever game that I created was a clicker (not present on my portfolio because it doesn't really show my current skills haha).
At that time, I was playing Clicker Heroes and Cookie Clicker so my game was a pale copy of those haha.
Later, I also played Tap Titans and PokéClicker (really fun game to bring back the nostalgia of the Pokémon regions).
Last but not least, two games that I couldn't place in the other categories:
1) World of Tanks. That's my third game I ever played on PC (after Dofus and Lemmings haha)
Even if I unlocked all the tiers, I loved playing my little T18 in tier 2 :D. I stopped playing this game a long time ago, but just remembering it makes me happy.
2) Rocket League. I climbed up to Champion on this game. I'm enjoying the Dropshot gamemode and the maps created by the players.
